Our team of Comfort Keepers is considered the best at what they do. They are highly skilled at providing superior in-home care services. While training provides our Comfort Keepers with the tools they need; they bring with them a spirit of compassion and an innate gift for helping others. That’s something you simply can’t get with training.
All of our potential Comfort Keepers are put through a complete personality profile to make sure they have the attributes that will make the perfect Comfort Keeper. They also must undergo an extensive background check. Candidates then must go through orientation and training in a variety of areas, such as personal care and Alzheimer’s care. Then before they can officially be called a Comfort Keeper they must pass several exams. Not to mention that once they become Comfort Keepers they must complete ongoing home care training to keep their skills and knowledge up-to-date. You can always have faith that we hire only the best in this industry. We supervise, bond and insure our Comfort Keepers as well as cover them under Workers’ Compensation. This gives our clients and their families the peace of mind they need.
